Terms of service
In force from 21 August 2026.
These terms govern your use of AquaTrack. They are written to be read once, in full, by the person who signs up.
Who provides the service
AquaTrack is provided by Volodymyr Petrunin, a private individual resident in Sweden, at Prästgårdsvägen 50, 439 31 Onsala.
You can reach us at [email protected].
What the service is
AquaTrack is software for running a boatyard: customers, boats, jobs, tasks, logged time, quotes and invoices. It is delivered over the internet and you use it in a browser.
We may change how the product works. If a change removes something you rely on, we will say so before it happens.
AquaTrack is provided to businesses. An account belongs to a yard rather than to a private person, and this is not a consumer service.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what the colleagues you invite do with theirs.
Keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think somebody else has it.
What it costs
AquaTrack is free to use right now. There is no trial counting down, no card to enter, and nothing switched off until you pay.
It will not stay free. When we start charging, we will tell you at least 30 days before your own account is affected, and you decide then whether to continue.
If you would rather not, nothing is held hostage: you can export your whole yard to a spreadsheet from the reports page, at any time, without asking us.
Your data stays yours
The customers, boats, jobs and hours you enter belong to you. We hold them so the product can work. We do not sell them, we do not train machine learning models on them, and we never mix one yard's data with another yard's. What the product works out from them, on your insights and reports pages, is worked out from your yard alone and shown only to you.
You can export your whole yard to a spreadsheet at any time, from the reports page, without asking us.
How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy policy, and if you need a written data processing agreement, there is one.
Availability
We aim to keep AquaTrack available, but we do not offer a guaranteed uptime figure today, and there is no automatic alarm that tells us the moment something stops. Publishing an uptime figure would be a promise nobody is standing behind.
Maintenance that needs downtime is announced in advance where we can.
Liability
AquaTrack is provided as it is. So far as Swedish law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, or lost data beyond what the law requires of us.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using AquaTrack at any time. Ask us and we delete your yard: the customers, boats, jobs, hours and documents in it, along with your account.
Three things outlive that, and they are the same three the privacy policy names: records the law requires us to keep, the activity log, which can be written to but not rewritten, and our encrypted backups, which are kept on a rolling schedule so the last copy of a deleted yard leaves them within a month.
We can end the agreement if the service is used unlawfully, or in a way that damages it for other yards. We will tell you why.
Law and disputes
Swedish law applies. Disputes are heard by the Swedish courts.
These terms exist in Swedish and in English. The two are meant to say the same thing; where they ever do not, the Swedish version is the one that counts.
